House Insurance Quesiton, About Dogs?

IF I have a pittbull and My house burns to the ground, and my insurance does not cover pittbulls. Will my insurance company still pay me for the damage done to my house, or could they be like, we see here you had a pittbull when the house burnt, we dont cover people with those kind of dogs.
but the house, and damage to the house not related to the dog, is still covered.

Right. Property insurance doesn't cover animals or fish. Pets are not covered, under your "contents" insurance.

If you lied on the application about having the pitt, it CAN void your coverage. It's called, "material misrepresentation". It means, if they knew you had the dog, they wouldn't have written the policy, so YOUR fraud gets THEM off the hook for paying the fire damage.
