Mobile home insurance?

Hello guys!

There is a lot of factors involved The amount of insurance, where you live,does it have a skirt, is it anchored, is it actual cash value on the mobile home or 100% replacement cost and On the average i have seen anywhere between $250.00 a year to $500 per year.

American Tradition is a brand new insurance company operating in Florida, and they are NOT a rated company by AM Best, at their own request. That's a major red flag.

When I went to their website, it looks like American Tradition is for standard homes, and Modern is for mobile homes. I'd guess, that there's a strong possibility that you got a quote for a regular home, not a mobile home, and that's why you're seeing the price difference.

I would use caution, when moving to a company like this. Based on their website, they're counting on Lloyds of London to backup their claims, AND, the state of Florida.
