How is health insurance handled for medical students? I can't go without it!?

You are right about the thing medical students go for their own insurance. BTW if you are going abroad for studies then I would suggest you to take student insurance for foreign studies as it will cover all the aspects including your health. But if you are living in the state then I suggest you to either renew your parents insurance or get new family insurance, Because family health insurance has more benefits than single health insurance.
