Do health insurance plans cover overseas dependents?

No.
1. Health insurance plans usually do not cover foreign countries.
2. Health insurance plans almost never cover your parents or any other dependents over age 26. (If your parents are under 26, then we have a different issue to address.) The only dependents that they normally cover are your children.
