I am a full-time student, not living at home, and I work only on the weekends. I can no longer be on my parents insurance because I am 23 yrs old and do not live at home. I cannot get insurance through my job because I do not work enough hours. What are some good solutions for this??? Any information would be greatly appreciated!!!
Thanks!
If you're a full-time student, your school probably offers a medical insurance plan. It won't be the greatest plan in the world, but it will be cheap, and at least it will be *something*.

Health insurance for a student?
Student insurance is often offered and available at colleges and universities for full time students. Most often it is only offered at the beginning of the school year, but check with your institution. There will probably be several plans and coverage levels. Most are emergency or catastrophic plans that are only for the school year. Make sure you hav auto insurance if you drive as that will not be covered by student insurance.
The school can give you pamphlets for reference and always read the small print.

you can check out individual health insurance from companies like blue cross or something. You are young you will get a good rate, esp if you are male. No more than like $150 a month if you are male and healthy and non-smoker and have a not super rich plan.
