If you are ready to get married, then you are ready to get your own insurance. insurance for yourself is about $70mn +/- if you can't afford that, then you won't be able to support yourself or your wife.
why are you in such a rush. enjoy being 21. don't get married so young.

A good way to deal with this, is to put off the wedding. If you feel the need to "hide" the marriage from someone, you're not ready to marry. If you and potential spouse are not capable of supporting yourselves, you aren't ready to get married.
I totally agree with this reply! Instead of going for such complications better not to get married. It's better to be confident and let other know that you're getting married. Then lots of health insurance plans will be waiting for you from where you've to choose the right one for you and your spouse! Until that enjoy the coverage with your parents.

There's a great chance you'll lose your insurance. But in order to be sure, might as well address this to your insurance provider. In that way, you'll know right away if you have other options in keeping your insurance and getting hitched.
